About This Accommodation

10 - 12' x 12' dry stalls in a barn, separate from resident horses. Hot/cold wash stalls, bathroom, sawdust and grass hay available, outdoor arena, room to hand-graze. No hookups but room for big rigs. Negative Coggins and proof of vaccines required. Dogs only on leash and away from barn. No arrivals after 7 p.m. except emergencies. Washington, D.C. area, easy access to I-95 via I-200 (toll road) or via Beltway, to north on Georgia Ave. to west on Olney-Laytonsville Road to north on Zion Road.
